Wherever you are, you can manage your supply in a smart way, thanks to the various services designed for you, such as: self-meter reading, historical consumption of your supplies, Web Bill, and direct debit.

HOW TO USE THE APP:
• If you are a registered customer at https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it, use the same Email and Password to access the application.
• If you are not yet registered at https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it, you can do so on the website or via the App.
Please note that to use all the features available on the App, you need to first associate your utilities with your profile within the web Customer Area.

APP FUNCTIONALITIES:
Self-Meter Reading
• To send us the meter reading and receive a bill based on your actual consumption

Contract Management
• Web Bill: to receive the bill directly in your email inbox on the day of issuance, avoiding paper accumulations and safeguarding the environment
• Direct Debit: to activate or modify debiting your bills directly to your bank account

Consumption and Readings
• To view the trend of your consumption and consult the history of your meter readings

Invoices and Payments
• To always have a handy archive of your bills, know the payment status, and make payments via credit card
